AP POLYCET 2025 Exam: Check Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Counselling & More

AP POLYCET 2022 was successfully conducted on 29 May 2022. The counselling process of the exam started on 27 July 2022 and all the students who qualified the exam have to make the payment to become a part of the AP POLYCET Counselling Process before 2 August. The result of the exam was declared on 18 June 2022. Candidates who took the exam can check their respective results by visiting the official website i.e. polycetap.nic.in and even download their scorecard from the official website itself. There was a total of 1,31,608 candidates who appeared for the exam and only 1,20,866 candidates could qualify it. These shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the verification of certificates and option entry. The details of online counselling will soon be published on the official website. 

The minimum qualifying marks required to qualify for the AP POLYCET Exam is 30% of the total marks which means candidates must secure 36 marks out of 120 in order to stand qualified for the examination. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories will be assigned ranks irrespective of the marks obtained by them in the examination as there is no minimum qualifying score for them. 

The exam was successfully conducted in May and the duration of the exam was 2 hours. Every question of the paper came with four options out of which only one was correct. The total number of questions asked in the paper was 120 out of which 60 questions were from Mathematics, and 30 questions were from both Physics and Chemistry.

Candidates willing to take AP POLYCET Exam must ensure that they stand eligible for the exam as per the eligibility criteria defined by the examination conducting body. The basic eligibility criteria to apply for the exam is defined by the State Board of Technical Education and Training which conducts the examination every year. 

• Candidates must be of Indian Nationality
• Candidates should belong to Andhra Pradesh (Domicile)
• There is no age limit to appear for the exam
• Candidates must have passed 10th class or its equivalent securing at least 35% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
• Mathematics should be a compulsory subject in 10th class examination.

AP POLYCET 2022 Application Form

Those who seek admission through AP POLYCET Exam must register themselves for the exam by filling the application form. Candidates must also follow the application process with the details. The application process of AP POLYCET consists of a few steps such as Registration, Application Form, Required Documents, Payment of Application Fee, etc. 

• AP POLYCET Application Form is made available online (only) on the official website.
• The application forms were made available in the month of March 2022 and candidates could fill the form on the official website only. 
• No offline mode will be available for registration. 
• Candidates must fill the form with correct information such as personal, educational, and other communication details. 
• Candidates must also upload a scanned copy of their passport sized photograph and signature. 
• All the documents should be uploaded in jpg/jpeg format as specified.
• The candidates applying for the exam must fill all the details correctly as any incorrect detail will lead to disqualification.

• Candidates are not required to send any hard copies of the application form to the authorities, the process will be done through online mode only.

AP POLYCET 2022 Admit Card

SBTET released the admit card of the exam in the month of May 2022 itself. The AP POLYCET 2022 Hall Ticket is one of the most important documents as without this, candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. • AP POLYCET Exam is conducted in Offline mode.
• The total duration of the exam is 2 hours. 
• The question paper will be made available in three languages i.e. English, Telugu, and Urdu.
